Returns and refunds are not allowed after delivery, as these products are non-returnable. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to negligence on our part or during transit.

In the case of a return for a damaged product, we request that you send us photographs and an unpacking video within 3 days of receipt of the product.

If the product is not received back in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
